Powder Sprayed Onto The Workpiece With Powder Clumps Produced
1. Moisture or oil in the compressed air
Solution:
Checking the purification of gas sources
2. High content of ultrafine powder in the powder, too much ultrafine powder leads to increased surface energy, easy to produce agglomeration phenomenon
Solution:
A) Reduce the amount of recycled powder added to the original powder
B) Check the particle size distribution of the original powder
3. Spray gun itself atomization, dispersion performance is not good
Solution:
Contact the gun supplier to replace the gun head deflector that tends to disperse the powder
4. Powder output is too large
Solution:
Properly reduce the powder delivery air pressure
