The 15th year since the founding of Yajia Group by Apr. 18,2022. It's not easily when the epidemic still serious that the leaders of Group and all of the employees gathered to celebrated the milestone moment,certainly it should be compactly. Mr Wang Guixiang as the president of Group has reward totally 200000 RMB to the employees who have worked in Yajia for more than 6 years over a third of the employees. Meanwhile the employees include himself from the inception to present there were only three of them got the highest reward - fifteen thousand RMB per person.
Yajia as a private company in China developed from 2007 to present has been a lot of tough times, as we know it's only 3 years of the average life span of private company in China, imagining the cruelty of competition. Mr Wang made a passionate speech at the beginning of the dinner, first to thanked the employees sticking with him and appreciated to the present of suppliers and customers for their support, at last heralding the climax of the dinner party that all the 15 years employees joined together to cut a cake which more than one meter high. Amid all the peace, Yajia's 15th birthday passed.
Summarize the development course of Group, we went from 2 product lines to 30 product lines, we also build the plants form one to four and preparing for the East China factory that eventually covering South, East, Central, Northeast of China and overseas market. During the period, we have passed such like High-tech Enterprise Certification which by Chinese Government, Us and Canadian UL approved, 16949 Certification System,ISO9001,Qualicoat by Qualisino........ Most of the employees were young man when they first joined the Group, now they have family, their child, their's own houses and cars. Meanwhile they have grew into as the backbone of Group, both on technology and business who taking on important responsibilities by their advanced skills.
We hope to celebrate 20th , 30th or even 50th in the future, but it's going to take one step at a time by each of us.
