I need a technical help with powder. I want to know that what make powder stick on the surface after baking reason i want to know because i want to reduce the wastage of powder consumption on my jigs. This can also help you too for your customer. I need this data for trail.

1, pre-treatment outside the bad: a, oil and rust removal is not clean; b, phosphate film is not good
2, baking temperature is not enough (mostly) or overbake (less)
3, powder coating with poor quality
